Karachi: Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Ltd. has disclosed recent share transactions executed by its substantial shareholder, Siemens AG-Germany, under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The transactions were reported by the company on December 4, 2024, highlighting the acquisition of additional shares by the major stakeholder.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Siemens AG-Germany completed two significant transactions. On December 4, 2024, the substantial shareholder purchased 5,000 shares at a rate of 1,516.00 per share, increasing its cumulative shareholding to 7,593,332 shares, equivalent to 92.07% of the company's total shares.

Earlier, on November 28, 2024, Siemens AG-Germany also acquired 3,089 shares at the same rate of 1,516.00 per share. This transaction raised its cumulative shareholding to 7,596,421 shares, representing 92.11% of the company's total shares.

The transactions reflect Siemens AG-Germany's continued investment and significant stake in Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Ltd., reinforcing its position as a substantial shareholder.
