Karachi, S. S. Oil Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2021 at Lahore.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2021 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2022 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
S.S. OIL MILLS LTD was incorporated in Pakistan in August 21, 1990 as a Public Limited. The company is engaged in Solvent Extraction (Edible Oil, Meal).The principal object of the company is to carry on the business of extracting, refining, processing and sale of semi refined washed oil and meal on competitive prices.
The total numbers of shares are 5,658,400. The Earnings per share is 5.06 in 2020 which was 2.32 in 2019. The Profit after Taxation is 28,626,000 in 2020 which was 13,134,000 in 2019.
