Karachi, Shezan International Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2021 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2021 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to consider and approve the final cash dividend @ Rs. 5.5/- per share of Rs. 10/- each of Rs. 10/- @ 55% for the year ended June 30, 2021,to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2021 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

Shezan International Ltd. is a Public Limited Company incorporated in Pakistan. It is engaged in the manufacturing, trading and sale of juices, pickles, jams, ketchups etc., based upon or derived from fruits and vegetables.
