Karachi, Panther Tyres Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 31, 2021 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2021.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from July 16, 2021 to July 31, 2021.

Panther Tyres Limited is one of the lplayers in the tyres and tubes industry of Pakistan. Apart from its main business, the Company has also ventured into trading business of automobile spare parts and lubricants.
