Karachi, Tri-Star Mutual Fund Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on October 29, 2021.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended September 30, 2021 which portrayed a loss of Rs. 2,677,580 with loss per share 0.83 basic and diluted respectively.
Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
Tri-Star Mutual Fund is a closed-end fund incorporated in Pakistan. The objective of the Fund is to provide potential capital appreciation as well as income from dividend yield. The Fund invests in equities listed at stock exchange.
