Karachi, Next Capital Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Company has received a Public Announcement of Intention from Alfalah CLSA Securities Private Limited, the manager to the offer acting on behalf of Mr. Muhammad Najam Ali, Mrs. Hanna Khan and Mr. Muhammad Zulqarnain Mahmood (the Acquire) to acquire up tp 42.53% shareholding (i.e. 21,053,279 shares) of the Company.
