The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of last Annual General Meeting held on January 31, 2017, to receive, consider and approve annual audited financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2017 together with the reports of the auditor’s and director’s thereon, to appoint Auditors of the Company for the year September 30, 2108 and to fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with permission of the Chair.
