Karachi, GulistanTextile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2018 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting of the Company, to receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the Company for the Financial year ended on June 30, 2015 together with Director’s and Auditor’s Reports thereon, to appoint auditors of the Company for the next Financial Year 2015-2016 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Further, the closed period of the company is from January 24, 2018 to January 31, 2018 (both days inclusive).
