Karachi, KSB Pumps Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on April 22, 2019 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on April 19, 2018, to consider and adopt the Audited account of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2018 and report of Auditors and Directors thereon, to approve and declare dividend of 30% for the financial year ended December 31, 2018 as recommended by the Directors and to appoint auditors for the year 2019 and fix their remuneration.
Further, the closed period of the company is from April 12, 2019 to April 22, 2019 (both days inclusive).
