Karachi, Sanghar Sugar Mills Limitedinformed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2018 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 31, 2017, to receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2017 together with Director’s and Auditor’s Reports thereon, to appoint Auditors for the year 2017-2018 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other ordinary business with the permission of the Chair.
Further, the closed period of the company is from January 19, 2018 to January 27, 2018 (both days inclusive).
