Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has announced the crediting of its final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. According to a company statement dated April 6, 2026, published in the “Business Recorder” and “Express” newspapers, the dividend has been disbursed at a rate of Rs. 3 per share, equating to a 30% dividend. This decision was ratified by the shareholders during the 34th Annual General Meeting held on March 26, 2026.
The dividend has been electronically credited to the designated bank accounts of shareholders whose details are registered with the bank, marking the close of business on March 16, 2026, as the cut-off date. Shareholders are required to provide their valid National Identity Card Number (CNIC) and complete bank account or IBAN details to receive the dividend.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders who have not furnished their CNIC and/or IBAN details will have their dividend payments withheld until the necessary information is submitted. The bank has actively reached out to such shareholders through letters and reminders sent to their registered addresses.
Shareholders are encouraged to access the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) developed by the Central Depository Company (CDC) for their dividend details via the link https://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk. This service aims to provide shareholders with a streamlined process for retrieving and verifying dividend information for their records.
