Karachi, Hafiz Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on March 25, 2019 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2019.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from April 22, 2019 to April 30, 2019.
Hafiz Limited are Manufacturers and Exporters of all sort of textiles, a composite unit with sister branches established since 1936 in Mumbai, re-established in 1947 Karachi and expanded its operation from Textiles to Jute Mills in the year 1956 in Dhaka-Chittagong.
