National Refinery Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan on
August 19, 1963 as a public limited company. The foundations of the company are
laid under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The company is engaged in the
manufacturing, production and sale of large range of petroleum products. The
refinery complex of the company comprises of three refineries consisting of two
lube refineries, commissioned in 1966 and 1985, and a fuel refinery added to
the complex in 1977. The shares of the company are quoted on the Karachi,
Lahore and Islamabad Stock Exchanges in Pakistan. The registered office of the
company is located at Karachi.
