ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. Confirmation of the Minutes: The board will review and confirm the minutes of the last meeting held on June 22, 2023.

2. Adoption of Audited Financial Statements: The annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, along with the auditor's report and directors' report prepared by M/s. RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants, will be considered and adopted.

3. AGM Date and Time: The board will decide on the date and time for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. Ratification of Board Resolutions: Resolutions passed by the Directors through circulation under clause 78 of the Articles of Association of the company since the last meeting on June 22, 2023, will be ratified.
