The Company was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the rules framed thereunder.
The Modaraba is managed by E. A. Management (Pvt.) Limited (Modaraba Management Company). It is perpetual multi-purpose modaraba and is primarily engaged in ijarah, investments, trading, and musharaka and murabaha transactions.
The Stock of the Company are quoted on Pakistan Stock Exchange and the symbol for the shares “BFMOD” is being used.
The number of shares the company has introduced are 7,515,158. The Earnings per shares in 2020 is 0.35 compare to 0.39 in 2019. The profit after taxation in 2020 is 2,657,000 which was (2,929,000) in 2019.
