Karachi, Amtex Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about election of directors for next three years in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 31, 2019 at Faisalabad. Mr. Nasir Iqbal Ansari and Mr. Basharat Ahmad Bhatti have submitted the notices of withdrawal of their consent to act as Director / Nomination before the election of directors, therefore seven persons have been elected as Directors of the Company for next three years term starting from January 01, 2020.
