Karachi, Fazal Cloth Mills Limited, has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held on May 30, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to elect nine Directors of the Company for a period of three years commencing from May 30, 2023.
The names of retiring Directors are Sh. Naseem Ahmad, Mr. Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Babar Ali, Mr. Amir Naseem Sheikh, Mr. Fahd Mukhtar, Mr. Masood Karim Sheikh, Mr. Rehman Naseem, Muhammad Mukhtar Sheikh, and Mrs. Parveen Akhtar Malik.
The shareholders will also transact any other business with the permission of the Chair. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2023, to May 30, 2023 (both days inclusive). Shareholders are advised to make sure their shares are registered by May 22, 2023, to attend and participate in the meeting.
