Karachi, BMA Chundrigar Road Saving Fund informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on April 30, 2019.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended March 31, 2019 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 4,210,083.
Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
The BMA Chundrigar Road Savings Fund (BCSF) is the flagship fund launched by BMA Funds on August 20, 2007 in collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Ltd as sole distributor. It is an open-end Income fund that caters to the investors’ need for keeping their mutual fund investments as liquid and accessible as a bank account while generating optimum returns benchmarked to outperform 1-month KIBOR rates.
The symbol “OEFBMACRSF” is being used by the stock exchanges for the BMA Chundrigar Road Savings Fund.
