Karachi, Cherat Packaging Limitedinformed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on February 08, 2018.

The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended December 31, 2017 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 161,047 with earnings per share 5.09 basic and diluted respectively.

Further, 20% payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.

Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from February 27, 2018 to March06, 2018 (both days inclusive).

Cherat Packaging Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan. The foundations of the company are laid under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The commercial production of the company started on December 15, 1991. It is listed on Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of Pakistan. The registered office of the company is situated at Peshawar.
