Karachi, United Bank Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Islamabad on April 24, 2019.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of Unconsolidated and consolidated profit and loss account for quarter ended March 31, 2019 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 4,163,801 and Rs. 4,052,553 with earnings per share 3.40 and 3.30 basic and diluted respectively.
Further, 25% payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from June 11, 2019 to June 18, 2019 (both days inclusive).
