Financial results of Exide Pakistan Limited for Quarter ended September 30, 2017

Karachi, Exide Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on November 29, 2017.

The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for Quarter ended September 30, 2017 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 24,416 with earnings per share 3.14 basic and diluted respectively.

Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.

Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from November 22, 2017 to November 29, 2017 (both days inclusive).
