Lahore: Gharibwal Cement Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for September 25, 2024, at the company's head office and through an online platform. The primary agenda for the meeting is to discuss and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.
The company has also declared a closed period from September 13 to September 25, 2024, in compliance with regulation 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), during this period, no Director, Chief Executive, or any other executive or officer of the company will be allowed to deal in the shares of Gharibwal Cement Limited, either directly or indirectly.
The company has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed accordingly.
