Karachi, Hoechst Pakistan Limited has declared a final dividend of 300% for its shareholders, as announced in a recent notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The transfer books of the company will be closed from April 2, 2024, to April 8, 2024. Shareholders will not be able to transfer shares during this period. The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM in Karachi where the dividend distribution will be discussed among other agenda items.
