Karachi, (PPI Bot): JS Bank Limited has disclosed details on its perpetual Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) Tier-I, under the trading symbol JSBLTFC2. The TFCs, each with a market lot size of 1 and a face value of PKR 100,000, come with a profit rate that is set at 6-month KIBOR plus 2.25%. The total issue size is posted at PKR 2,500,000,000, which is identical to the outstanding principal amount. The forthcoming coupon date is listed as December 30, 2023.
