MCB Bank Limited Announces Lost Share Certificates for THK Associates

Karachi: In a notice issued today, MCB Bank Limited has reported the loss of multiple share certificates under Folio No. 6073. The bank has requested members of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to refrain from dealing with these certificates pending further investigation.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Amin Padamsi of Bungalow No. 6, Gulnoor Bungalow, Plot No. 178, Britto Road, near Jama Restaurant, Garden East, Karachi, has reported the loss of four certificates. The missing certificates bear the numbers 1299063, 1660198, 1660199, and 1843005, with distinctive numbers ranging from 186,335,040 to 761,921,507.

The affected share certificates and their corresponding distinctive numbers are detailed as follows:

- Certificate No. 1299063, with distinctive numbers from 186335040 to 188335066, for 27 shares.

- Certificate No. 1660198, with distinctive numbers from 430057748 to 430057847, for 100 shares.

- Certificate No. 1660199, with distinctive numbers from 430057848 to 430057857, for 10 shares.

- Certificate No. 1843005, with distinctive numbers from 761921417 to 761921507, for 91 shares.

MCB Bank Limited has advised that if no objections are received within 7 days regarding these certificates, duplicate certificates will be issued to the rightful owner. The exchange has been alerted to ensure that these shares are not traded inadvertently.
