Karachi, The Organic Meat Company Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for June 10, 2024, to be held in Karachi and via video link. The meeting will focus on agenda items other than financial results.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a Closed Period from June 3, 2024, to June 10, 2024. During this period, as stipulated by PSX Regulations 5.6.1(d), no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.

The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified about these developments as required.
