Karachi, Shams Textile Mills Limited has announced that it will hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on May 30, 2023, both in-person and through video link, to elect seven directors of the company. The Board has fixed a three-year term for the elected directors, commencing from May 30, 2023.
The seven retiring directors eligible for re-election are Mr. Mian Muhammad Anwar, Mr. Khurram Mazhar Karim, Mr. Adil Bashir, Mr. Asif Bashir, Mrs. Minail Mishal Adamjee, Mr. Shahid Arshad, and Mr. Muhammad Shafiq Gill. The company has also notified that its share transfer books will remain closed from May 24, 2023, to May 30, 2023, inclusive.
