EFU General Insurance Limited was incorporated as a public limited
company on September 2, 1932. The company is engaged in non-life insurance
business comprising of fire and property, marine, motor, miscellaneous etc. The
stocks of the company are quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of
Pakistan. The registered office of the Company is situated in Islamabad while
the principal place of business is located at Karachi.
The products and services of the company include aviation, marine including
marine cargo and marine hull and motor related insurance services. The company
also assures safety of property from all sorts of engineering and fire related
damages. In property insurance the company assures risk management of erection
all risks insurance, contractors all risks insurance, machinery insurance,
electronic equipment insurance and comprehensive machinery insurance policy for
