Karachi, An executive at LSE Ventures Limited, Aftab Ahmad, has purchased 15,000 shares of the company, according to a disclosure filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) on May 6, 2024. The shares were acquired at a rate of PKR 4.84 each, and the transaction was conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market.
The disclosure, required under clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations, stated that this transaction would be reviewed in the upcoming board meeting. The board will address any non-compliances highlighted during this transaction as mandated by the PSX regulations.
