Karachi, Hamid Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Khawar Almas Khawaja has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from August 04, 2021 in place of Mr. Dilshad Ali.
The Company was incorporated in Pakistan on April 09, 1987 as Private Limited Company and was subsequently converted on February 15, 1988 in public Limited Company. The principal activity of the company is manufacturing and sale of Yarn and Grey fabric. HATM is a composite unit that comprises of spinning and weaving units.
The total numbers of shares are 13,271,600. The Earnings per share is (1.09) in 2020 which was (2.10) in 2019. The Company had a loss of Rs. 14,522,000 in 2020 which was 27,922,000 in 2019.
