Karachi, Sitara Peroxide Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Waqar Hafeez has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from September 16, 2021 in place of Mr. Kamran Zahoor.
Sitara Peroxide Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on March 08, 2004 as a public limited company. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of hydrogen peroxide. The plant equipments have been imported from world-renowned manufacturers in the US and EU, and all chemicals are produced using state-of-the-art technologies from AK-KIM.
