Karachi, Bhanero Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on June 21, 2021 at Karachi to consider and approve the sale of 67.74 acres of land either partially or entirely under the power conferred to the board of directors by the provisions of Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2017 “Act”.
