Karachi, Tata Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on June 30, 2021 at Karachi to consider the Issuance of shares of the Company to the shareholders of Island Textile Mills Limited, Salfi Textile Mills Limited and Tata Energy Limited in accordance with the scheme of arrangement as approved by High Court of Sindh.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from June 26, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
