Karachi, Saif Power Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on August 26, 2021 at Islamabad. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the half yearly Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2021.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from August 20, 2021 to August 26, 2021.
Saif Power Limited (SPL) was incorporated in Pakistan on November 11, 2004 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and commenced commercial operations on April 30, 2010.
SPL was developed under Government of Pakistan Power Policy 2002 on a Build, Own and Operate basis in Sahiwal District of Punjab, Pakistan. Head office of the Company is located at Kulsum Plaza, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, and Islamabad, Pakistan.
