Karachi, Shakarganj Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 28, 2021 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2021.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from July 20, 2021 to July 28, 2021.
Shakarganj Limited was incorporated in Pakistan in 1967 as a Public Limited Company and is listed on all three stock exchanges of Pakistan. Shakarganj is a leading manufacturer of food products, bio fuel and building materials as well as textiles. We transform renewable crops such as sugarcane and cotton into value added products comprising of refined sugar, textiles, bio fuels and building materials in addition to generating bio power from biogas.
