Karachi, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Razi Haider has appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 01, 2021 in place of Mr. Zohaib Yaqoob.
Dolmen City REIT (the Scheme) was established under Trust Deed, dated 20 January 2015, executed between Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited (AHDRML), as the REIT Management Company (RMC) and Central Depositary Company of Pakistan Limited (CDCPL), as the Trustee; promulgated and amended from time to time by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the SECP).
The total numbers of shares are 2,223,700,000. The Earnings per share is 3.65 in 2020. The Profit after Taxation is 8,117,883,000 in 2020.
