Karachi, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors have declared and approved a final cash dividend of Re. 0.33 per unit i.e. 3.3% (annualized 13.2 %). This is in addition to interim dividends already paid of Re. 0.91 per unit i.e. 9.1 % (annualized 12.13%). On cumulative basis the Scheme has approved dividend of Rs. 1.24 per unit i.e. 12.4% for the year ended 30th June 2021.
