Karachi, Sapphire Fibres Limited, a leading company, has notified all shareholders of the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for July 20, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct elections for the director positions of the company, in accordance with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017.

Ten individuals have expressed their intention to contest the Election of Directors of Sapphire Fibres Limited. The Board of Directors has determined that nine directors are to be elected, as required by Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017. As the number of candidates exceeds the available positions, elections will be held at the forthcoming EOGM.
