Karachi, Feroze1888 Mills Limited has disclosed that ten individuals have filed notices expressing their intention to run for election as Directors of the company. The election is set to take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for July 20, 2023, either in Karachi or via a video link.

As per the provisions outlined in Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the number of candidates offering themselves for Director positions is equal to or less than the number of Directors fixed by the Board. Consequently, these individuals will be deemed elected as Directors during the aforementioned Extraordinary General Meeting.
