Karachi, Habib Bank Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2023, in Karachi. The primary agenda of the meeting is to discuss and consider the Half Yearly accounts for the period ending June 30, 2023, and the potential declaration of entitlements, if any.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, Habib Bank Limited has also declared a "Closed Period" from July 19, 2023, to July 26, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the bank is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the bank's shares.

The purpose of the Closed Period is to maintain fairness, transparency, and prevent any potential conflicts of interest or insider trading. It ensures that all shareholders have equal access to information and reduces the likelihood of any market manipulation.
