Karachi, BankIslami Pakistan Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will take place on July 25, 2023, at the Registered Office of the Bank. The agenda for the meeting will cover matters other than financial results.

In line with Clause #5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the Bank has declared a "Closed Period" starting from July 18, 2023 and extending until July 25, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the Bank.
