Karachi, First Punjab Modaraba has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on July 30, 2023, in Lahore. The agenda of the meeting includes the consideration of the annual audited accounts of First Punjab Modaraba for the year ended December 31, 2022, and the potential declaration of any entitlement.

To comply with regulatory requirements, the Modaraba has declared a "Closed Period" from July 21 to July 30, 2023 (both days inclusive), as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Rule Book. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive will be allowed to deal, directly or indirectly, in the certificates of the Modaraba in any manner.

The Board meeting will be closely monitored by investors and stakeholders as they eagerly await the outcome, which will provide insights into the company's financial performance and potential entitlement for investors.
