Karachi, Kohat Cement Company Limited has successfully executed the purchase of its own shares in accordance with the Special Resolutions passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 21, 2023. The buy-back process was carried out through the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, and the company acquired a total of 1,500,000 shares on August 2, 2023. The average price per share stood at PKR 190.31. This action complies with Regulation 6(e) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.
