Karachi, Treet Corporation Limited has made an official announcement regarding its decision to offer further capital through a Rights Issue. In a meeting held on August 03, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the issuance of 192,307,692 (One Hundred Ninety-Two Million Three Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Two) ordinary right shares at a price of PKR 13 (Pak Rupees Thirteen) per share. This price includes a premium of PKR 3/- (Pak Rupees Three) per share.

The Rights Issue will be made available to the existing shareholders in proportion to their current holdings, approximately 107.602 right shares for every 100 shares held, which amounts to 107.602%. The newly subscribed shares will carry the same rights and privileges as the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

The dates of closure of the Shares Transfer Books to determine the entitlement of Right Shares will be communicated to the shareholders in due course after the finalization of the offer letter/document, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020.
