Karachi, In the extraordinary general meeting held at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi on July 25, 2023, shareholders of the National Bank of Pakistan made significant decisions through certified copies of resolutions. Among the resolutions passed were the confirmation of minutes from the 741st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 30, 2023, and the election of one Director from private shareholders to fill a vacancy.

The first resolution, “To confirm minutes of the 741st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 30, 2023 at Karachi,” was unanimously adopted. Shareholders agreed to confirm the minutes of the AGM, which were conducted both physically and through electronic means.
