Karachi, MCB Bank Limited’s Board of Directors convened on August 2, 2023, to announce the declaration of a Second Interim Cash Dividend at a substantial rate of 70%, equivalent to PKR 7.00 per share. The dividend is applicable for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders set to benefit from this dividend must ensure that their names are duly registered on the Bank’s Register of Members by the close of business on August 11, 2023.

To facilitate the dividend entitlement verification process, the Share Transfer Books of MCB Bank Limited will remain temporarily closed from August 15, 2023, until August 17, 2023.
