Karachi, In line with the Special Resolution ratified during the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 24, 2023, Lucky Cement Limited has successfully completed the purchase (Buy-Back) of its own shares. The company recently acquired 128,000 of its shares in a PSX Trading Session held on August 16, 2023, at an average price of PKR 624.51 per share. This move comes in compliance with Regulation 6(e) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.
