Karachi, Attock Refinery Limited has announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on August 29, 2023, in Rawalpindi, with the main agenda being the review and approval of the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2023.

Closed Period Imposed:

In accordance with the PSX Regulations, Attock Refinery Limited has declared a "Closed Period" from August 18, 2023, to August 29, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this period, directors, the CEO, executives, and employees' retirement benefits funds associated with the company, including Attock Petroleum Limited and National Refinery Limited, are prohibited from engaging in any activities related to the shares of these entities.
