Karachi, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has issued a notice regarding the forthcoming closure of the transfer books for the Third Profit Payment of ADT-1 TFC2 2022, commonly referred to as "HBLTFC3." This vital profit payment is scheduled for September 28, 2023.

Book Closure Details:

In preparation for the Third Profit Payment, the transfer books for "HBLTFC3" will be temporarily closed from September 22, 2023, to September 28, 2023, encompassing both days. During this period, HBL will not process any transfers related to "HBLTFC3."

To be eligible to receive the Profit Payment, TFC holders are required to have their names listed in the Register of ADT-1 TFC2 "HBLTFC3" as of the close of business on September 21, 2023.

Moreover, in accordance with Sub-Clause (i) of Clause SC.8. of Chapter SC of Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, the profit payment to "HBLTFC3" holders will be made through direct credit to their respective IBANs. Therefore, all "HBLTFC3" holders who have not updated their valid IBAN details are urged to promptly do so in their respective CDS accounts. Additionally, it is essential for TFC holders to notify the bank of any changes in their addresses and relevant details, including tax information, such as filer, exempted, or non-filer status, to the Bank's Registrar.
