The dividend, amounting to Rs. 58.00 per share (580%), was electronically deposited into the shareholders' bank accounts on September 27, 2023.

However, it is essential to note that, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, the company has withheld dividends for those shareholders who have yet to provide their International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) and a copy of their valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) to the company. To address this matter, the company is currently in the process of sending intimation letters to all concerned shareholders, requesting the necessary information for dividend disbursement.
